Organic certifications of distributed products
The distributed products are accompanied by organic attestations from their supply chain and certificates of analysis per batch. The certification logos and mentions displayed on this site refer to the certifications of the suppliers and their control bodies. They do not constitute a certification issued by Alpina Bio Ingredients AG: the certification applies to the raw material and its original production, not to the distributor.
Bio Suisse
Bud: trademark of Swiss organic farming. The relevant batches are delivered with the supply chain attestation.
Supplier certification
European Bud
Equivalent to the European Union organic label, recognized for raw materials imported and then processed in Switzerland.
Supplier certification
Certificates of analysis per batch
Each delivery of erythritol, high-purity stevia, or dietary fibers is documented by a certificate attached to the shipped batch.
Document per delivery
Allergen declarations
Data sheets and allergen declarations provided upon request for your own quality records and client audits.
Document upon request
To verify the coverage of a specific product, indicate the reference and the desired volume: the team will send the corresponding attestation and, if necessary, the control body that issued the original certification.

Indicative prices per kilogram and per ton
Rates depend on the volume ordered, packaging (25 kg bag, 500 kg or 1,000 kg big bag), and delivery frequency. The table below summarizes the price scales published on the Pricing and orders page; it serves as a benchmark for comparing a need expressed in kilograms to a commitment in tons.
Organic erythritol — per kilogram
CHF 8.90
Single order, 25 kg bag. Ideal for a first trial on a recipe or an occasional need.
Organic erythritol — per ton
CHF 6.40
Full pallet, starting from one ton. Delivery scheduled according to your production cadence.
High-purity stevia — per kilogram
CHF 42.00
Concentrated extract: small quantities are sufficient, hence a higher price per kilo than erythritol.
High-purity stevia — per ton
CHF 33.50
Industrial volume, intended for production lines that formulate stevia continuously.
Dietary fibers — per kilogram
CHF 5.20
Fibers for enriching breads and pastries with reduced sugar content.
Dietary fibers — per ton
CHF 3.95
500 kg or 1,000 kg big bags, for manufacturers integrating fibers on a large scale.
Prices exclude VAT and transport, and are subject to change based on harvest and exchange rates.
Ecological production and monitored supply chains
The raw materials distributed come from organic supply chains with documented production: origin of cultivation, extraction process, packaging, and transport to Switzerland. This traceability allows us to trace back to the original farm in the event of a customer inquiry or an audit.
Erythritol and high-purity stevia are produced via fermentation and extraction, without chlorinated solvents. Dietary fibers are obtained from upcycled plant materials, which reduces waste upstream in the chain. Packaging delivered in Switzerland consists of bags and big bags intended for reuse whenever your site allows it.
For a buyer, the challenge is simple: know the supply chain before formulating, and be able to cite it in your own quality file. Details on production practices and supply chain certifications are gathered on the Sustainable Production page.
Frequently asked questions about legal notices
Who is responsible for the content of this site?
Editorial content is under the responsibility of the person designated by Alpina Bio Ingredients AG, reachable at the contact address indicated in the notices above. This person handles requests for corrections or clarifications regarding published text.
Do the displayed organic logos constitute certification of the distributor?
No. They refer to the certifications of the suppliers and their control bodies, i.e., the raw material supply chain. Alpina Bio Ingredients AG is a distributor: it does not issue certification and does not replace the body that audited the original farm.
How can I obtain the certificate for a specific batch?
Provide the product reference, the desired volume, and, if you already have it, the delivered batch number. The team will provide the organic certificate and the corresponding certificate of analysis, or specify the time required if the document must be requested from the supplier.
What contact details should be used for a legal question?
The postal address, telephone number, and email indicated in the Site Operator section. The contact page includes these same details along with opening hours and the form to use for commercial inquiries.
