Prices by the kilo and by the ton

Our prices are set based on the product, purity, and volume ordered. This page explains how to read our price lists per kilogram and per ton, what tiers exist, and how to obtain a quote that matches your actual consumption. No price displayed here is an artificial promotional rate: a quote reflects your volume and the frequency of your orders.

How to read a wholesale price list

We invoice by the kilogram for orders of a few bags and by the ton for regular volumes, with an intermediate tier for full pallets. The unit price decreases as the quantity increases, but the logic is not linear: a very pure product like high-steviol stevia remains more expensive per kilo than standard erythritol, regardless of volume. The price list therefore distinguishes between references before distinguishing between quantities.

Kilogram tier

This tier is for trials, small productions, and workshops testing a recipe before committing. You order by the 25 kg bag, with the possibility of mixing several references in a single order. This is also the format for paid samples of 1 to 5 kg, which are deducted from your first ton order if you proceed. The price per kilo at this tier includes bag handling.

What makes a price vary

  • Origin The raw material and its origin affect the final price, especially for fibers.
  • Purity The steviol content for stevia clearly distinguishes the references from one another.
  • Packaging Bag, pallet, or big bag: handling changes the cost per kilo.
  • Transport Fees based on the delivery region in Switzerland and the number of points served.

If you manage multiple sites, a consolidated order with separate deliveries often costs less than a series of small orders.

Pallet and ton in big bag

A full pallet, generally composed of 25 kg bags, marks the first real volume tier. This is the standard format for a bakery that produces several batches per day or a manufacturer launching a reduced-sugar range. At this level, the unit price takes into account simpler order preparation and consolidated delivery to a single point.

Full pallet 25 kg bags

Simplified order preparation, consolidated delivery to a single point. The reference format for regular daily production.

One-ton big bag 1 t

The most economical format in terms of logistics for regular manufacturing. It reduces handling, limits powder loss, and simplifies bulk dosing when your line is equipped for it.

Monthly frequency Tracked rate
Annual order Quoted price
Multiple sites Separate deliveries

This is also the tier where order frequency counts: a client who orders every month does not have the same rate as a client who orders once a year. We do not publish introductory prices that do not reflect actual volume, and we do not sell retail. If your volume does not justify the tier you are aiming for, we will tell you and suggest the format below rather than having you sign for a quantity you will not consume.

What the price also reflects

Our prices incorporate the supply chain that produces the material: certified organic farming, low-water-consumption processing, and packaging designed to limit powder loss. This is not a marketing argument added after the fact — it is a production constraint that explains part of the gap between a standard reference and a certified one.

Organic materials

Erythritol, high-purity stevia, and dietary fibers from certified supply chains, batch-tracked.

Packaging

The one-ton big bag limits dust and loss compared to stacked bags.

Certificates

Swiss certification marks and the person responsible for the content are published on the Impressum page.

1–5 kg

Paid samples, deducted from your first ton order

This avoids requests without follow-up and covers preparation, packaging, and shipping from Switzerland.

Samples and trials before ordering

1 to 5 kg samples allow you to test a recipe before committing to a ton. Specify the particle size: fine powder and crystals do not behave the same way in a dry mix. For fibers, a trial on a single batch is often enough to see if the texture holds after cooling.

Requesting a quote: what you need to provide

For a useful quote, provide the information opposite. It allows us to verify availability and compatibility before pricing. A quote without these elements remains a broad estimate.

Lead times and logistics

We ship from Switzerland. Lead times are announced upon order confirmation, depending on stock and the delivery region. We do not promise a standard lead time valid everywhere: a delivery in an urban area and a delivery in a mountain area are not prepared in the same way.

For recurring orders, we can agree on a schedule. One-off orders are processed according to the availability of the batch at the time of the request.

Frequently asked questions about tiers

The answers opposite cover the points that come up most often before a first wholesale order.

Does the price per kilo drop automatically when I order more?

Yes, by tiers: kilogram, pallet, then ton in big bag. The decrease is not linear because product purity and packaging weigh as much as the quantity.

Can I mix several references in one order?

Yes, especially at the kilogram tier. This allows you to test erythritol, stevia, and a fiber in the same order without multiplying transport costs.

Are samples free?

Samples of 1 to 5 kg are paid for and deducted from your first ton order if you proceed. This avoids requests without follow-up and covers preparation.

What delivery times can I expect?

Lead times are announced upon confirmation, depending on stock and the region. We do not promise a single lead time valid for all of Switzerland.

How do I get a price per ton?
