Information that speeds up your quote
A quote without these details remains a rough estimate, and we prefer to ask you two questions rather than provide a random figure.
- 1
- The product and desired purity: erythritol, high-purity stevia, or dietary fibers.
- 2
- The estimated monthly or annual quantity, in kilograms or tons.
- 3
- The packaging format: 25 kg bag, big bag, bulk on pallet.
- 4
- The delivery address and, if you have one, your specifications document as an attachment.
Need a rough idea before writing? Price tiers per kilogram and per ton are published on the pricing and orders page.

Samples
Request a sample before the first ton
1 to 5 kg samples are used to test a recipe before a first ton order. Specify the desired particle size, as fine powder and crystals do not behave the same way in a dry mix. For fibers, a single batch test is often enough to see if the texture holds.
1 to 5 kg sample
A test batch for your pilot line, with the particle size you request.
Single batch test
For dietary fibers, a single production run is enough to judge texture stability.
Attached documentation
Each sample is shipped with the technical data sheet corresponding to the reference sent.
Specifications
Verify compatibility before ordering
Send us your specifications before ordering. We compare your requirements with the product specification and available documentation. Regarding purity thresholds, especially for high-purity stevia, the margin can be fine, so this verification is better done before delivery than after.
Purity thresholds
Compare your requirement with the specification of the target reference, particularly for high-purity stevia.
Particle size
A fine powder and a crystal do not behave the same way in a dry mix: indicate what your process accepts.
Packaging
25 kg bag, big bag, or bulk: the format changes the storage required at your facility and the delivery schedule.
Baking stability
If your recipe goes into the oven, tell us the temperature and duration: this guides the choice of the reference.

Questions about per-kilo and per-ton tiers
To understand our price tiers, visit the pricing and ordering page. If your question concerns a specific volume, order frequency, or multiple delivery points, mention it in your message: the answer depends on these elements.

The per-kilogram and per-ton amounts are published on the pricing page. Indicate your actual volume to receive a quote corresponding to your case, rather than a generic catalog price.
Frequently asked questions
Before sending your message
The answers below cover the questions that come up most often in the requests we receive.
What is the minimum volume for a first quote?
We provide quotes starting from a 25 kg bag for erythritols and fibers, and at the per-ton tier for high-purity stevia. Below that, a 1 to 5 kg sample remains the right first step.
What should my specifications contain?
The expected purity thresholds, the particle size accepted by your process, the intended packaging, and storage constraints. A short and precise document is better than a complete but vague file.
How does an exchange with an advisor work?
If your project involves several references or a reformulation, a direct exchange saves time. We ask questions about baking stability, expected coloring, and available storage, then we propose an adapted reference rather than a catalog.
Where can I find information on ecological production?
The page dedicated to sustainable production describes our supply chains and practices; the quality and certifications page gathers the documents that accompany our organic raw materials. These two pages answer the questions that often come up regarding the origin and control of batches.
Do you deliver outside of Switzerland?
Our business is focused on Switzerland: bakeries, food factories, and the HoReCa segment. Indicate your delivery address in the form and we will confirm what is possible from our warehouses.
Continue your project
Three pages answer the questions that often precede an order: the catalog of references, the per-kilo and per-ton prices, and the quality documents.
